The Dealer's Visor is a promotional headwear item for the Heavy given out to those who pre-ordered Template:W by Telltale Games before November 22, 2010. It appears as a stereotypical aquamarine-colored dealer's cap.

Trivia
- This style of Visor is usually intended to protect the player's and (when in a casino) dealer's eyes from the bright light hanging over the poker table.
- The promotional image for the item featured a transparent green visor with a black band, however the in-game item is a solid aquamarine visor with a white band.
- All the special items' levels are multiples of 5. It's in fact not unusual for chips in Poker games to have the value of 5, 20 and 50 dollars.
- Most people who have pre-ordered Template:W from Telltale Games Store did not receive a Visor. As of November 11, 2010 Telltale Games has set up a website accessible via their blog post where they can get their visors redelivered if they have not been already.
