The Voodoo Juju is a headwear item available to all classes. It appears as a gray John Bull-style low Topper decorated with a skull surrounded by hearts, skeletal fingers and two gold rings. It was available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store only during the Scream Fortress event, which ran between the 27th of October and the 8th of November 2010, and is now no longer available. The crafting blueprint can still be used for a 50% chance of acquiring this hat (the other possible result being a Spine-Chilling Skull).

Previous Changes
- The Voodoo Juju and the Spine-Chilling Skull were made paintable, and their positioning upon the Sniper's head was altered.
- During the Scream Fortress event, crafted Voodoo Jujus and Spine-Chilling Skulls became tradable after any patch/update due to a glitch. The November 10, 2010 Patch was the last reported update where the Halloween hats gained tradable status.
Bugs
- If one wears the Dangeresque Shades with the Voodoo Juju, then the shades will clip through the hat.
Trivia
- The hat is influenced by the Voodoo culture of Louisiana and Haiti. It may be based on the signature top hat of Voodoo Loa Baron Samedi, which similarly bears a skull at the front of the hat.
- "Juju" is a word derived from Nigerian Hausa language's "djudju" and refers to the supernatural power ascribed to an object.
- Like several other Halloween hats, the Voodoo Juju does not have a randomly selected level when crafted or purchased. Its level is always 31, presumably because Halloween is on the 31st of October.
- According to Valve, this hat was modeled by the same man that made Gollum's face in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy.[1]
