The Derangement Garment is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It turns the Medic's default coat into a straitjacket, with an addtional paintable details, such as three straps on his torso, a belt around his neck, and two belts on each elbow.
The Derangement Garment was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
