The Burning Question is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a wide-brimmed, team-colored hat resembling a detective's hat as seen in stereotypical film noir movies. A gas lighter with the Pyro's class emblem is tucked in on the side of the dark band.
The Burning Question was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
