Baseball Bill's Sports Shine is a headwear item for the Scout. It isn't actually a hat at all, but rather removes the Scout's default hat and headset, revealing a very short, heavily-waxed haircut.
The hat description was written by AndyAML for the Hat Describing Contest.
Trivia
- The "Hatless Scout" was a glitch before The Classless update, where you would taunt as a Demoman and switch to Engineer or Scout during the taunt.
