The Shrapnel Shell is a community-created cosmetic item for the Demoman. It replaces the default pipe grenades on the Demoman's bomb suit with a pair of stickybombs, while also giving him a pair of team-colored shoulder pads designed after the stickybombs.
This item has two styles, named "Sticky" and "Jumper". The "Sticky" style replaces the grenades with the stickies fired from the default Stickybomb Launcher, while the "Jumper" style replaces them with the ones fired from the Sticky Jumper.
The Shrapnel Shell was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
