The Surgeon's Sidearms are a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds a variety of medical tools to both the Medic's left wrist and right shirt pocket. The medical tools include tweezers, two scalpels, a pair of scissors, and a large syringe filled with a team-colored liquid.
The Surgeon's Sidearms were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
