The Nose Candy is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It adds white face paint to the Pyro's gas mask as well as a team-colored rubber clown nose taped on.
This item has two styles, named "Horrific" and "Happy". The "Happy" style removes the face paint, leaving only the nose.
The Nose Candy was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.

- [Undocumented] Fixed the neck on the "Horrific" style of The Nose Candy disconnecting from the Pyro's body.
Bugs
- When the "Happy" style is selected, the Pyro's head disappears on death.
Trivia
- This item's design is based on the character Dr. Rockso from the television series Metalocalypse.
- Similarly, "Nose Candy" is a slang term for cocaine, referring to Dr. Rockso's addiction and catch phrase, "I do cocaine!".
- The item's description is a reference to Meet the Pyro, in which the Pyro sees everything via Pyrovision.
