The Brute's Braces are a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It replaces the Heavy's default vest and shirt with a white undershirt, a striped, team-colored shirt (with its sleeves rolled up to the elbows), and suspenders.
The Brute's Braces were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
