The Oh Deer! is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a brown headband with deer horns and ears.
This item has two styles, named "Nose" and "Noseless". The "Nose" style also adds a team-colored, round, flashing "nose", while the "Noseless" style only adds the headband.
The Oh Deer! was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
