The Geisha Boy is a headwear item for the Medic. It is the haircut of a traditional Japanese Template:W with team-colored flowers and wrap.
The Geisha Boy, released with the Shogun Pack, was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011. It is also available through crafting, item drops, or purchase from the Mann Co. Store.

Note: The blueprint simply makes a Medic's hat; there is still a chance of getting other hats instead. There will be a ~12.5% chance of crafting this item.

- The hat is named after the 1958 film Template:W.
- The hairstyle used for the hat is Momoware (桃割), a style typically worn by Template:W.
- The haiku in the description is a parody of one by Template:W, the most famous poet of Japan's Edo period:
