The Googly Gazer is a miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a loose mechanical eye with a brown iris and team colored casing fitted over the Engineer's right eye, with the Mann Co. logo printed on the side.

Trivia
- In the future, owners of this item will be able to select between the version in the game now, and a robotic version submitted by the creator recently.
- This Item is a reference to the wizard "Alastor »Mad-Eye« Moody" from the Harry Potter films (first appearence in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire"). He has a magical eye that can see all angles and even through various objects, i.e. his own back of the head.
