The Companion Cube Pin, also known as the Portal 2 Pin, is a promotional miscellaneous item for all classes. It depicts a team colored portal and a Weighted Companion Cube floating within, from the eponymous Valve game Template:W.
The Companion Cube Pin was given to those who pre-purchased Portal 2 before April 19 and awarded from April 15, 2011 to when Portal 2 comes out.[1]

Bugs
- The Pin disappears upon death.
- The Pin has clipping issues with Darwin's Danger Shield and some of the Taunts.
Trivia
- A Vintage Companion Cube Pin was given to a play-tester of Portal 2 at PAX 2010, prior to the item's official release.[2] The item can be seen here.
- The Companion Cube Pin uses the same model as the Resurrection Associate Pin.
