The Grimm Hatte is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It is a plague doctor's hat, similar to those worn by doctors during the Template:W.

Trivia
- The hat was submitted with the name "Grimm Gravedigger".
- "Grimm" is a reference to the Template:W, who wrote tales centered around death.
- Most of these tales have been turned into stories for little children (i.e. red riding hood) but started off much darker.
- The contributors of the Grimm Hatte also contributed the Blighted Beak, another Bubonic Plague themed misc item.
