The Googly Gazer is a miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a loose mechanical eye with a team-colored iris that seems to snap onto the Engineer's right goggle-lens, with the Mann Co. logo printed on the side.
The style of the item can be set to either a human eyeball (that is supposedly made of glass) or a robotic eye piece.

Trivia
- The Googly Gazer is one of the only items to use a unique jiggle bone structure were the pupil is the the only moving part. The other being the Sight for Sore Eyes.
