The Grimm Hatte is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It is a plague doctor's hat, similar to those worn by doctors during the Template:W.

Bugs
- The backpack icon for the Grimm Hatte shows the hat as completely black; in-game, however, the band at the base of the hat is white.
Trivia
- The hat was submitted with the name "Grimm Gravedigger."
- "Grimm" is a reference to the Template:W, who wrote tales centered around death.
- The contributors of the Grimm Hatte also created the Blighted Beak, a misc item also themed around the Bubonic Plague. They were submitted together through the Contribution page. [2]
