Players who pre-purchase From Dust on Steam before August 17, 2011 receive a Genuine quality version of the hat.

- This hat clips with the Demoman's collar on many occasions, most notably while wielding a two-handed weapon.
Unused content
- Materials for this hat can be found in Spy's item folder in the GCF, implying the hat may have also been intended for Spy. Its texture is located in the
all_classfolder in the GCF as well.
