The Big Steel Jaw of Summer Fun is a miscellaneous item for the Heavy. It is a large metal jaw bolted into the Heavy's head that goes around and over his mouth, with small pieces of crooked metal "teeth" sticking up. Note that the Big Steel Jaw of Summer Fun looks exactly like the metal jaw seen in the popular Saw film series.
