The Outback Intellectual is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Sniper. It is a teamcoloured sweater vest with a diamond pattern and a pipe.
The Outback Intellectual was originally known as the "The Touching Story" when it was contributed to the Steam Workshop, but the name was changed by Valve before implementation into the game.
