Bugs
- A Procedure Mask that has been painted with "Balaclavas Are Forever" paint will always be RED team colors after the Medic dies, even while on BLU team. This may or may not be true with other variants of paints in the vein of "Team Spirit" paint.
Trivia
- Procedure masks are worn during any form of surgical procedure to prevent spreading infectious bacteria or viruses onto an open wound.
- According to the item's creator, this item took about half an hour to complete.[1]
