The Heals for Reals community medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placed finishers of the Heals for Reals tournament, as well as those that participated.

The Donor medal was awarded to players who donated at least $10 to the Heals for Reals charity drive, through either item or monetary donations.

These medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop.

The item schema reports the medals as being paintable; however, their texture files are not equipped to be painted. As a result, their colors do not change if a paint can is used.
