The Samson Skewer is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is based on the knife used by Brock Samson from the animated show The Venture Bros.; a Bowie knife worn on the back of the Heavy's belt.
This item has two styles, named "Menacing" and "Threatening". The "Menacing" style makes the hilt of the knife hang closer to the Heavy's right side, while the "Threatening" style makes it hang closer to his left side.
This item is awarded to players who earn the Poker Night 2 achievement Orb 'n' Legends. As of September 12, 2018, the game has been removed from sale. However, any owners may still obtain its promotional items.[1][2]
