The Über-Wear is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It undoes the Medic's coat, giving him a striped waistcoat worn over a dress shirt and necktie, and also rolls up his coat's sleeves, similar to his appearance in Meet the Medic during the surgery scene.
The Über-Wear was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Über-Wear with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.
