- This item is based on the M1 helmet shell with parade liner worn by both U.S. Army Gen. George S. Patton and Gen. Omar N. Bradley.
- In the United States Army, the three-star insignia represents the rank of Lieutenant General.
- This item can be seen near the end of Meet the Medic, when the Medic steps on the corpses of the dead Soldiers.
