The Aqua Flops are a cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a pair of turquoise Flip-Flops based on the ones worn by the character Carl Brutananadilewski from the Adult Swim series Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
This item was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
