The Cut Throat Concierge is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It turns the Spy's default suit jacket into a buttoned-up double-breasted jacket, with accompanying cuffs, epaulettes and a tall neck.
The Cut Throat Concierge was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Cover Up".
