Neptune's Nightmare publicity blurb

The Neptune's Nightmare is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It replaces the Pyro's head with a skull inside an old diving helmet with green tinted glass. Seaweed dangles from the front view port.

The Neptune's Nightmare was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
