The Convict Cap is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives him a black and white striped prisoner's hat, a cigarette, a bandage on the left side of his face, and a large X-shaped scar on his right cheek, which goes over his nose's bridge and his mouth. The cigarette also has the smoke particle effect attached to the end.
This item has two styles, named "Scars" and "No Scars". The "No Scars" style removes the large scar.
The Convict Cap was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Bugs
- Unusual variants of the Convict Cap causes the Genteel Smoke effect to originate from the back of Heavy's head instead of being on the cigarette.
