The Texas Toast is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It adds a hat resembling a Stetson, sporting a pop-up toaster for a crown and a length of paintable, Cream Spirit-like orange electrical cable wrapped around its body. A slider, red and green indicator lights, and a timer knob are on the front; the green light is illuminated, indicating that the bread slotted into the top of the hat has been toasted. The bread and slider move up and down.

The Texas Toast was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
