The Pugilist's Protector is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. The item consists of a padded, team-colored set of Boxing headgear, with the Mann Co. logo stamped on the front, and a team-colored plastic mouth-guard. The helmet straps wave around as the player moves.

Notes
- The Pugilist's Protector is worn by Heavyweight Champ (Type 1) in Mann vs. Machine.
Trivia
- The mouth-guard is similar to those worn by boxers, also known as pugilists, to prevent damage to the mouth, teeth, and jaw as well as to reduce the risk of concussion caused by direct blows to the head. This ties in thematically with the Heavy's preference for hand-to-hand combat.
