The Constructor's Cover is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It is a team-colored torso armor with a wrench emblem on the front and a battery box on the back containing two oversized, Mann Co. brand AAA batteries connected to it by two cables on the underside.
The Constructor's Cover was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
