The K-9 Mane is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Demoman and Heavy. It is a team-colored wolf head draped on the wearer's head. When worn by the Demoman, the K-9 Mane has a scarred left eye.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased the Total War Master Collection or Rome: Total War on Steam before October 1, 2012. It can still be obtained by activating a retail copy of the Total War Master Collection.

The K-9 Mane was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
