Trivia
- The Gentleman's Ushanka has a resemblance to the Officer's Ushanka, the description's mention of complementing the Officer's Ushanka is a nod to the well-known strategy of "Heavy-Medic Pairs", where a Heavy commonly becomes a Medic's prime target for healing and Übercharges. This show of "comradeship" is so recognizable that it is featured in several official videos, such as Meet the Medic and Expiration Date.
- The names of both this item and the Officer's Ushanka reference the 1982 film An Officer and a Gentleman.
