The Russian Rocketeer is a promotional cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a jetpack used by Yuri from the video game Awesomenauts; a white jetpack with team-colored parts, a team-colored star painted on the front, a team-colored laser gun at the top that swings with the player's movements, a barcode, and blue flames coming out of its thruster.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered Awesomenauts on Steam before September 5, 2012.
