The Heavy Metal is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a team-colored flannel shirt worn underneath what appears to be a leather jacket with its sleeves ripped off, which has been fashioned into a vest. On the back of the vest is an emblem of the Heavy's skull wearing a spiked helmet, surrounded by wings and a banner underneath reading the initials "H.W.G".
The Heavy Metal was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
