The Troublemaker's Tossle Cap is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It replaces the Scout's default hat and headphones with a slightly baggy, team-colored winter cap or beanie.

This item has four styles, named "New School", "Old School", "Older School", and "Oldest School". The "New School" style makes the cap plain, the "Old School" style adds a thin and a thick stripe and applies paint to the rest of the cap, the "Older School" style adds the same stripes while applying paint to them, and the "Oldest School" style adds the same stripes while making them dark team-colored.

The item's description was written by spam_word for the Hat Describing Contest.

The Troublemaker's Tossle Cap was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
