The Mann Co. Online Cap is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is a dark grey/orange baseball cap with a white Mann Co. logo and "Online Store" printed on the front.
This item is awarded when a player makes their first purchase from the Mann Co. Store through the online interface (as opposed to from in-game). One way of doing this is to navigate to an item's page on the Team Fortress Wiki and use the "Buy Now" link there. Alongside this, any item that a free account player buys will also upgrade their account to a Premium account.
