The Ultimate Ultiduo tournament medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to players who participated in the Ultimate Ultiduo tournament.

They appear as a circular blue-greyish Team Fortress 2 logo that encapsulate an image of a bird on a colored background with 6 spread, black, horizontal lines going from the bottom and about halfway up. The medal is supported by a blue-colored ribbon sporting the words "The Ultimate Tournament" at the top and "Ultiduo" right underneath. The ribbon also has a vertical stripe to the left that reaches all the way down and shares its color with the background the bird is on.

These medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
