The Make Ogre is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It adds to the Heavy's face to resemble a stereotypical ogre's, with a protruding jaw, large teeth with prominent canines sticking out, a large nose, a rugged forehead, and pointed ears.
The Make Ogre was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
