The Spine Chilling Skull 2011 is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is fashioned after the Spine-Chilling Skull, but it is slightly darker, has a slightly less menacing appearance, and has buck teeth instead of the Spine-Chilling Skull's pointed teeth.
