The Holstered Heaters are a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It replaces the Engineer's default overalls with a tie and a harness with a pistol holster on one side and two magazine pouches on the other.
The Holstered Heaters were contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Armed to the Pits".
