ETF2L Highlander Open Medals are a group of medals awarded in Genuine quality to those who participated in the first season of Highlander Open tournament, conducted by the European TF2 League.

There are 4 separate medals with differing appearances depending on how the wearer's team ranked in the Season (First, Second, Third or Participant).

Those medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
