The El Patron is a community-created Cosmetic item for the Engineer. It's a large, brown handlebar mustache and mutton chops which are paired with a lit cigar, complete with a "Genteel Smoke" particle effect, though, thinner than other items with the same effect.
The El Patron was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
