The Toadstool Topper is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a large, team-colored, mushroom-shaped cap. When worn on the Demoman, the cap is tilted in order to cover his eyepatch.
The Toadstool Topper was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
