The Toadstool Topper is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a large, team-colored, mushroom-shaped cap. When worn on the Demoman, the cap is tilted in order to cover his eyepatch.
The Toadstool Topper was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The Toadstool Topper was added to the game.
Bugs
- Like several other Sniper hats, the Sniper does not take off his hat during his melee taunt. In this hat's case, the Sniper will pull part of the Toadstool Topper's base due to a bone error, causing it to stretch downwards while the rest of the hat remains on his head.
Trivia
- Fairies, Gnomes, and Garden Gnomes are all frequently depicted wearing "mushroom caps" similar in appearance to this item.
