The Commissar's Coat is a community-created Cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a dark grey and team-tinted, double-breasted general's coat, adorned with team-colored epaulettes, armbands and a dress shirt worn underneath. The coat is crumpled somewhat over the ammo pouch on the Heavy's hip.
The Commissar's Coat was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
