The Mad Mask is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a metal mask in a form of skull and leaving the eyes uncovered. It has metal straps that warp around his back of the head. The screws may appeared to be drilled into the Heavy's head.
The Mad Mask was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
