The Heartfelt Hug is a community-contributed cosmetic item for all classes. It appears as a half-gold, half-silver heart, adorned with wings on a team-colored ribbon, with a plate at the top reading hugs.tf.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who donated at least £10 ($13) to the hugs.tf charity drive, through item or monetary donations.

The Heartfelt Hug was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
