The Candy Cranium is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It turns the Pyro's head into a white and team-color striped piñata, with cardboard lenses and breather parts with details drawn with black sharpies attached to it. The top of the head is broken, revealing many candies with orange and yellow wrappings inside, which shake around with the player's movements.
