The Engineer's Cap (or "Railroad Cap" as it is sometimes known) is a headwear item for the Engineer. It appears as a soft fabric cap, with white and team-colored stripes, a stiff brim, and the Engineer's icon with the word "Railroad" beneath it on the front of the cap.
